As much as we love Scrivinor, we figured now would be a good time to update our brand and take on a new name. We're delighted to introduce you to WriterShelf.

We think our new name is easier to pronounce and remember. We love the fresh look. 

WriterShelf also says more clearly what the site is all about. From the start we've wanted Scrivinor to be a home for all kinds of writers. Now we say it in our name. WriterShelf is a great choice for your work.

WriterShelf also points to a core feature we are rolling out: Books. We want WriterShelf to the easiest place to publish online books. We offer you friction-free online self-publishing you won't find anywhere else.

Writing holds your words up to the world. Our new logo celebrates that impulse. The books are your creative freedom. Because privacy is built into our DNA, WriterShelf lets you hold onto your anonymity and choose separate pen names for different kinds of work you publish. You can be any kind of writer you want.

For existing Scrivinor users...

Your Scrivinor account is now a WriterShelf account. Simple. You don't have to do anything. Existing links to articles you've published on Scrivinor still work. All your drafts are just as you left them.

Of course, behind the scenes there are plenty of changes but we hope that your experience is smooth.
