路過,剛好下午五點半多,他們好像剛開店,點了個蘭丸叉燒濃湯拉麵

 

 

剛吃,趁記憶與口感還在,就順手寫下...

第一口的感覺就是,真的是太鹹了,難道只有我一個人覺得?因為這可是個大排長龍的店啊。

我想,我是不會再去吃了,除了太鹹,麵也沒有什麼彈性,肉軟邊沒脆度,湯頭也沒有特別的特色,當然,這是以我點的300元叉燒濃湯拉麵來說,對比其他的日式拉麵,價格過高,我是覺得價位要往下調,湯的特色要開發,鹹度是一定不行的... 我很挑的。

關於日本拉麵太鹹這件事,我一直覺得很納悶,難道日本人真的不覺得嗎?前些日子,我剛好有機會跟一個住在日本十幾年的朋友聊到,他說啊,剛在日本時他也真不適應,尤其是拉麵是同事簡單吃時,很常會吃到的,但是啊,他說:你真吃了幾年後,也就適應了,真不鹹,還吃不慣了...

還記得有次到日本出差,與一位夥伴的高官,他的同事知道他在日本後,強力建議了一家在新宿的拉麵,我們兩人晚餐時,風塵樸樸的到了、吃了、淡淡的走出,靜靜的回旅社,也真沒互相說什麼,但是,我們那趟日本行後就再也沒去吃過拉麵了,倒是壽司,我們兩吃了一次又一次,迴轉、市場、路邊... 沒有一次讓我們失望,我想,日本壽司就像我們的魯肉飯,難吃很難。
