昨天我的身體非常的不舒服

也許是因為天氣的變化

讓我全身的肌肉完全收縮

雖然全身不舒服

但是還是堅持到晚上下課

尤其是上到一半的時候

雙手的上臂與下臂完全無法伸直

這個狀況在上次跌倒的時候

也發生過一次

其實上昨天的情況

我相信未來一定還會常常發生

我也一定要想辦法去支配他

這樣子如果寒流到來的話

才不會因為這樣的狀況

而產生更多的不便
