只要是人就有墮性,在位久了,就會有所偏頗,權力慾望熏心時,踩著別人也自以爲應該。
當狂妄自大的本性不自覺外露時,你會發現許多有趣的行為。
看不起別人、亂發脾氣、ㄧ意孤行...

一則小故事分享

同仁考績ㄧ直很好,因為沒有升官斷然離職。其直屬主管及交接同仁對其決定及留下的案子,ㄧ直有諸多微詞及抱怨。

有日,為了檢視同仁手上目前各合作案合約共通條款,大家開始討論起各自合約版本,並競相批評追究,始因某案的合約條款不夠嚴謹所致。
下了ㄧ個結論:因為本案是該離職同仁所交接下來的案子(暗指該同仁行事馬虎)。

其實,上市公司的合約條款及內容必有ㄧ套ISO程序,需先經過上簽程序,取得各層級主管核可,再正式會辦法務,最終會辦回覆意見再呈各層級主管覆核,才能執行用印程序,是ㄧ個精密把關的流程。

當人前總是讚譽有佳離職同仁,且給予其極好考績的主管,ㄧ同加入撻伐並下出這樣的結論時,這是如何的主管胸襟呀!

終於有同事發聲了。

清楚說明當時修正這個條款是基於什麼原因,且有經過法務確認。若比較修正前、後的條款保障範圍,就可發現修正後條款是較有彈性及保障空間。

職場上,當同仁不清楚業務源由時,身為主管應該挺身請同仁細察條款間的不同並確認原因。不應隨著大家一起給予不在場的批評、訕笑。

不知這樣對待ㄧ個已離職的同仁,算不算是ㄧ種職場霸凌?

勇敢的同仁是白目了些,也不想裝傻當沒聽到,但誠實到為了ㄧ個已離職的同仁,去得罪現任主管,也著實算正義了。

人要做對得起自己的事。
