2015年5月27日一如往常的7點半準時出發夜騎
很順利的大概8點半左右就騎到了台31和台66交接處的小七
稍做休息聊了一下天
大約9點出發回程
行經中壢新街溪橋時
閃過路邊垂下的楊柳樹枝
隨即撞上路邊違停的遊覽車巴士
在當時則立即昏迷
再過來的內容是親友所述說給我聽的
大約10分鐘左右後方的車友
看到我倒於車下
立即協助報警
並請救護車送至最近的天晟醫院
急救出來後大約11點35分
老婆收到第一張由天成醫院所發出來的病危通知書
內容是中樞神經損傷及左右肺挫傷
由於該醫院沒有創傷科
於是安排救護車轉院至林口長庚
當時林口長庚急診室沒有病床
於是身上接著救護車的維生設備及病床
一直等到早上7點左右
才安排核磁共振
這個時候已經是5月28號目前尚在昏迷中
