前幾天我做了一輛復康巴士

和那位復康巴士的司機閒聊

那位復康巴士的司機說

今天早上我載了一位視障且低收的人士

從桃園到目的地礁溪只為了買一支冰棒

來回總共花了4個小時

如果身心障礙者再加上低收入戶

在桃園他擁有8次免費搭乘復康巴士的機會

其實上因我當初和大家的想法

也許都會認為他是在浪費社會資源

回到家後經過了幾天的沉澱

我發覺他這樣子的做法

其實上只是在道德上的不允許

但是桃園市的交通並無法和台北相比

如果今天他出門很方便

而且只需要轉兩趟車就能到達礁溪買到冰棒

我覺得這樣子應該就符合上述浪費資源的定義

也許今天是一位正常的直立人

他絕對不會做這樣的事情

搭車去礁溪只為了買一支冰棒

我們只能把他當作是一位不正常的人

做不正常的事

如果以這樣的觀點來看

所有的事情你不就合理了嗎

我倒是覺得很好，他也沒有違反規定，他也許很久沒出門了，真的就是想到外面走走，礁溪也許就只是一個他熟悉的地點，更也許，那支冰棒對他很有意義，是有點不正常，跑那麼遠只買個冰棒，但是想想，這不就跟開車兜風一樣嗎，使用免費的復康巴士是有些怪怪的，但是規定就是可以免費用八次，這是他的權利，視障多出來走走也是好的。
