其實上中階主管應該效法高階主管

透過策略來領導團隊

所以主管必須要往上想不要往下做

畢竟主管的思維有多高

團隊的表現就有多高

經理人的學習有兩種

專業的精進稱為「術」

智慧的累積稱為「道」

25～35歲間

工作者都在努力地學習「術」

到了40歲左右

則該學習「道」

因為高超的專業不等同於成熟的智慧

而要帶領團隊達成目標

需要經驗智慧遠勝過專業技術

如果您接近40歲了

還是中階主管

請盡快調整您的步伐
