將全面性的強制升級4G

這個時候其實我是在想

現在的通話方式

當使用4G手機的時候

打電話的時候會切換成3G

新聞說會影響 643萬3G用戶

我覺得其實上會影響的層面更大

包括之前的4G用戶

包括資費恐怕在990以下的用戶

以遠傳而言開通VoLTE需要每個月增加費用30元
