有時候真的覺得不能太烏鴉嘴

前幾天才說12月的天氣平均大約都在18度

除了1991年來到6度

沒想到明天開始就要挑戰10度的低溫

感覺今年的冬天應該有可能會再創新低

還是要請大家多注意身體

尤其是稍有年紀的朋友

早上起床的時候

動作不要太大

容易發生心血管疾病
