如果真的要做新南向政策，其實不應該是努力往外投資，可以先從各地方政府做起。

例如新加坡的小印度

台灣各個地區應該做這樣類似的規劃，鼓勵開印尼街泰國區之類的

作法上可以有許多不同:

例如稅金補貼，薪資補貼，只要中小企業進駐，有印尼相關產品，印尼飲食或是印尼進出口等。

逐步打造相容文化，以及讓台商在台灣也有一個相對應的點，根留台灣。

我覺得這樣的開發相當重要，甚至於可以提供給外籍勞工，新住民，一個群聚的好地方，重新開發各種可能性。
