今天去八里一家TON UP CAFE餐廳

這家餐廳應該算是連鎖餐飲

雖然無障礙環境還算不錯

其中的餐飲部分也還算OK

但是對其服務人員

我個人的評價是非常的低

為什麼會有這樣的評價呢

第一、我們詢問了我們可不可以坐在外面的桌子

外場人員沒有辦法立刻的作答

如果是一個好的外場人員

他應該可以立刻做出決定或者是建議

第二、我們點的主餐在菜單上面註明了加點飲料可以減少30塊

在我們一般的認知可樂和酒皆應該屬於飲料

如果他們算是排除條款應該於菜單上加註

就算是沒有加註

服務人員也應該與點餐時告知

而不是於結帳時才說這個不能折抵

再加上這樣的一家連鎖餐飲店

居然還不開發票

還把店名取成可以舉起一公噸的人

真是有辱這個名稱

和菜單前面的敘述
