昨天去了特殊教育檢定

其實上對於這個鑑定的結果

我早就已經知道

只是我們所要陳述的是一個公平性的問題

視覺障礙、聽覺障礙、語言障礙，

上訴的三項障礙

可能因為他看不到聽不到說不出

這一些障礙他們在中度以上獎助學金

可以領到將近60000

極重度的肢體障礙者呢

他能聽得到、看得到、說得出

但是聽的到

他只能聽到課堂上所述說的一切

所以他的記憶力就必須比別人好

如果沒有

不知道他跟視覺障礙、語言障礙差別在哪裡

然而看得到

他卻無法看教科書

無法針對其內容進入深切的探討

因為手不能翻書

這樣子他跟視覺障礙有什麼差別

說不出

看不到不就自然說不出來嗎

所以這篇文章突顯了一個事實

代表中華民國的教育部

事實上是有歧視肢體障礙者
