To be honest, I am not sure at all how to get motivation, and the only thing keeping me going throughout the week is knowing that the weekend is coming. I know this kind of mindset probably doesn't help with getting things done efficiently, but how else am I supposed to feel as a drag my feet through the piles and piles of work that needs to be done throughout a week?

Even when I do have the time to get my work and things finished, my laziness then gets to me and I procrastinate until the very last minute, which leaves me having to finish all my work in a big old rush.

Part of this has to do with my lack of time management skills, but mostly it is my lack of motivation to complete things. Sometimes I look at my friends: who all seem to be so motivated and goal driven, and I feel as if I need to step up to the plate and start becoming more responsible for my work.I look at my friend, who takes an hour out of her day to run, no matter the weather or how much work she needed to get done that day, and I admire how driven she is by her goal of maintaining her fitness.

I need to find something or trigger in my life that will keep me on the track of being motivated and getting things done efficiently; what that something is I'm not quite sure yet, but hopefully I am getting closer and closer to finding it.
