Okay, lets be honest; we all have a small slight problem (maybe not so small) when it comes to how much TV, Netflix or movies we watch. I mean, its not just entertainment, its a lifestyle, right? Well, I'm not going to go too much on why watching too much TV is bad for you (maybe another time), but I do have some fairly good ideas of to fix your possibly unhealthy addiction to TV shows.

1. Track how much time you are spending watching the screen- With actual numbers and minutes of the time you are spending, staring at the screen may help you realize how serious of an addiction TV or Netflix is to you. With that knowledge, you might then find the motivation to actually take action to fix this addiction.

2. Finding alternatives- there are so many other interesting things that you could be doing with your life other than watching TV. Take up a hobby: try something new you have never done before. The amount of free time you'll have to do things will be extremely surprising when you reduce the amount of time spent staring at a screen!
